My pool needed close to 10k worth of work including coping repair, mastic replacement, complete stone replacement, tile... cleaning, lighting replacement and some stucco work. David arrived at my house in a timely manner and provided me a fair and accurate estimate of the project cost as well as an estimated start date. What I especially like about David is that he doesn't try to up-sell you on services that you don't need, instead, he focuses solely on what your needs are based on the scope of the project and within the confines of your budget. David's team came out and did a great job and completed the project within the specified time frame. There was actually one area of the job I wasn't completely happy with but David had a member of his team come out and complete the job to my standards. Also, throughout the entire project David was there to answer any questions that I had to ensure I was happy with the way the project was coming along. All in all, I'm very happy with the way the project came out and I would definitely do business with West Coast Pools again for any work I need done in the future. They did a great job!!! It's very hard to find people who do amazing, quality work and do it well! Definitely would... recommend them to others! They were on time, did the job well, made sure they paid attention to every detail during the job! They replaced a damaged and leaking pool skimmer after performing a leak test. It is on the expensive side but definitely would use them again! They are a locally, family owned business so no complaints.read more

When our pump started making noise we shopped around and Dave gave us the best price on what we were looking for. He... got the pump installed in a timely manner and it works great. Fast forward 6 months i noticed that the pump wasnt on one morning. I contacted him and he filed a claim with the manufacturer and they came out and took care of it. Very happy with everything so far. Our pool is a bit dated and came with the house when my wife and i bought it. When the time comes to do a full reno we will absolutely give Dave a callread more

This is the best pool service I have ever had the pleasure of using. We just moved into our house and called Dave to... come out and do a quick evaluation of our pool. He did and didn't charge us for it as we set up another day to come out and clean the filter. He came out today and discussed with us at length that there was more issues with the equipment. He gave us several options and decided to think about it and let him know our decision. In a long time I have not met a business man with the honesty and integrity that he has. When we decide what our repair will be, we will be calling Dave. He has become our forever pool man. I know we can count on him.read more
So Happy I found David and his crew. David gave us a good price to replace our outdated pool pump and heater that died. He was fast and very pleasant to work with. His work is professional and very detailed. Our pool equipment now looks great and working so well. We’ve also hired his company for our monthly pool cleaning.
David’s work is impeccable; the new LED lighting system that replaced the old fiber optics is stunning, as promised. In addition, he has replaced various pump and filter parts, mastic around the pool and spa, and even matched the grout around my outdoor BBQ grill tile with his precision work. Highly recommend!
